Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering the freshest, highest-quality fruits and vegetables to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

 

 

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, returns are impractical as the products have a limited shelf life. Additionally, to maintain strict hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returned items, as they may have been exposed to improper handling. Since our products are sourced directly from farms and delivered fresh, returning them is not feasible without compromising their quality. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before confirming their purchase.

 

we take extensive measures to ensure that all products are of the highest quality and are handled with care throughout the supply chain. Since fresh produce is perishable and can be affected by external factors beyond our control, we do not offer refunds or replacements for issues arising due to improper storage or handling after delivery. However, in rare cases where a product is severely damaged during transit or is completely spoiled upon arrival, customers must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery by contacting us at contact@fruvian.com with order details and photographic evidence. All claims will be assessed at our sole discretion, and if deemed valid, we may, at our option, offer a replacement or store credit for future purchases. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where a replacement is not feasible. Fruvian India LLP reserves the right to reject any claims that do not meet the required conditions or are reported after the stipulated time frame.

 

Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed and dispatched. For bulk or export orders, any modifications or cancellations must be made before the order is processed, and approval is subject to our discretion.
