For domestic orders:
- 100% advance payment is required before delivery for all orders

- For locations beyond 60 km from Delhi (HQ region), freight charges apply and will be calculated separately and must be paid by the customer. The exact charges depend on Distance from Delhi (HQ region), Volume of order, Mode of transportation
No, due to the perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy once the order is sold and delivered.

For first-time international consignments, we offer the following payment options:
- 100% advance payment, or
- 70% advance payment and 30% upon Bill of Lading, or
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC)
For subsequent orders, payment terms may be adjusted based on the established business relationship and mutual agreement between parties.
