Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Packaging: Bananas are packed in plastic crates or corrugated boxes to ensure safe transit.
  • Free Shipping Zone: Orders within 40 km of Dwarka, Delhi qualify for free delivery. Beyond this, freight charges apply.
  • Freight Charges: Costs depend on distance, order volume, and transportation mode. Charges will be included in the final invoice.
  • Minimum Order Quantity: 100 crates/boxes per order.
  • Payment Terms: 100% advance payment is required before dispatch due to the perishable nature of the product.
  • Invoice Details: The invoice includes the product price, applicable freight charges, and a tracking ID for order monitoring.
  • No Returns: Once dispatched, consignments cannot be returned due to perishability.
  • Price Fluctuations: Product prices and freight charges change daily based on market conditions.

International Shipping (Middle East and Other Markets)

  • Order Processing: After receiving the purchase order, a proforma invoice with product and freight details will be shared.
  • Freight Charges: Customers bear all freight costs, which are calculated separately and vary based on destination and shipping mode.
  • Payment Terms:
    • Option 1: 100% advance payment before shipment.
    • Option 2: 80% upfront and 20% upon Bill of Lading via an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC).
  • Minimum Order Quantity: 1,540 boxes, which fits a 40-ft reefer container for optimal shipping efficiency.
  • Tracking Information: A tracking ID will be provided upon shipment for real-time monitoring.
  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of bananas, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
  • Price Fluctuations: Prices and freight charges vary daily based on market demand and shipping costs.
  • Supported Incoterms: EXW, CFR, CIF, FOB, CPT, and CIP.
