Orders, Payments & Shipping

All transactions are subject to product availability and accurate pricing. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment through secure gateways. Fruvian India LLP reserves the right to cancel any order due to non-payment or suspected fraud. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled. We deliver fresh produce to select locations, and delivery timelines depend on order volume and external factors. Customers must provide accurate delivery details, and any failure due to incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.

Returns, Liability & Intellectual Property

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted. If a product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery with order details and photographic evidence. Fruvian India LLP is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. All website content, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Fruvian India LLP and cannot be used without permission.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indian laws. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; if unresolved, they will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India. Fruvian India LLP is not responsible for performance delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
